Silver Fox awoke, covered in multiple feet of snow. He had no idea how long he had been out, nor why he was covered in snow. He vaguely remembered the death of the last incarnate, and then that was it.
The snow exploded around him as he sent out a shadow shockwave, and the slowly stood up, brushing off the excess snow from his jacket. Looking around, he saw snow covered mountains completely surrounding the valley. Frowning, he realized he had no idea how to get out of the valley. Chances are, he would need help.
Nevertheless, he would have to try. He summoned his sword, and turned it into a long ebony staff, which he then used as a walking stick. Poking the snow, to make sure it was safe, he walked in the direction of the closest hills, trying to find an exit. He needed to find the current incarnate. He would do more help there than here, certainly.

She had no idea what she was doing here. Nor why she took that poor peasant's advice that there was a shortcut to the forests through the mountains. Now she was lost, cold, and tired. She had been trying to wade through the snow since morning, and now the sun was beginning to set. Her feet could barely carry on through the thick blanket of snow.
"I need a place so rest for the night....and soon."
About to head over to the base of a mountain not far off, she was startled by a sudden explosion of snow a ways away from her. She was knocked back by the explosion, but only to the point where she fell backwards. As she came to her feet, she noticed someone standing where the explosion occurred. Not sure whether he was a friend or foe, she turned to leave. But as she left, her foot found a thin spot in the ice, and she fell through as the ice shattered and cracked.

Silver's ears pricked up, and he quickly turned to see a young woman fall through the ice. If he didn't do anything, she'd surely be trapped under, and drown.
Moving quickly, he charged forward, shadowy bat wings bursting from his jacket. He quickly flew over to the icy waters, and looked into the cold depths. Seeing no one, he dived in.
Underneath, he could see nothing. It was dark, due to snow overhead. Silver was just about to give up hope, when he suddenly saw a faint light. He quickly moved over to it, and saw the Protector floating underneath the ice. Surprised at such luck, Silver quickly grabbed her, and burst forth from the ice. "Don't worry, Lass. I got you."

Before she knew it, she was completely underwater. The freezing temperatures were taking a massive toll on her body. She descended, the world getting darker as she fell deeper, and the water was getting colder. But before she could lose hope, a figure bearing bat wings descended and hauled her back to the surface.
As she surfaced, she coughed up a little water and gasped for air. A few minutes later, she looked around and noticed her savior was still standing by. She stood up, shivering, and bowed reverently.
"Th-thank you, sir!"
As she ascended from the bow, a streak of crimson blossomed along her left arm.

Silver shook, and the water fell out of his shirt. He didn't exactly mind the cold, but he knew that if this young woman didn't get warm soon, she would probably die.
"Think nothing of it, Lass... wait, what is that on your arm? Are you injured?"

She was too cold to feel much of anything at the moment (or so she thought), but when she was the blood running down her arm, she was met with a wave of pain. She let out a short cry of pain, fell to one knee, and grasped her arm around the wound. Her face was in a constant wince of pain.
"I think...the ice cut me..." She answered Silver.
"I need somewhere to stay...maybe..."
She winced again as more blood dripped over her hand. She made a motion towards an inset in the nearby mountain, possibly a cave, but made little attempt to get up. She was in a ton of pain, and moving would only cause her to lose more blood. But if she stayed where she was, she would surely freeze to death.

Silver frowned, and looked about. Noticing the cave, he quickly grabbed her, and flew her into the cave. Landing her on the ground, gently, he took out his gun. It glowed, like a light source. "I don't often do this... but I must."
He took off his gloves, and looked intently at the wound. "It's too extreme for you to be out here in the cold... I'll need to use a bit of light magic to heal it. Please hold still, Lass, it'll be over in a moment."

She could feel herself fading. Loosing blood and being wet in a freezing cold environment isn't very safe. She could do little more than listen to Silver's instructions to hold still. As he went to work with his magic, her mind began wandering.
"Who is this person...what was he doing under the snow...why is he helping me..."
These she whispered to herself in a kind of dazed state between consciousness and unconsciousness.

Silver flexed his hand, readying himself. He didn't often use white magic, due to his being a demon. However, the young maiden needed it. He lay Procella down the way he wanted, and lay his hand over the cut, focusing intently on it again.
Warm white light flowed from his fingertips into the wound, and it slowly began to heal. Blood stopped flowing, the flesh began to rework itself into normalcy. It was a very simple healing spell, the first Silver had learned. It helped rejuvinate the body, and spirit; Procella would surely feel warmer now.
He put back on his gloves, and shook his hands free of excess magic.

It wasn't long until the wound had completely stopped hurting under Silver's magic, and warmth had almost completely returned to her body. She attempted to stand, but started to fall and balanced herself against the cavern wall. It was then that she decided to take a good look at her savior, and asked him the question that had been prying at her mind ever since his appearance.
"Who...are you?"

Once he was finished shaking off the extra magic, Silver donned his gloves again. He stretched, and looked outside the mouth of the cave.
"My name is Silver Fox, young Lass. I am the sixth knight for Raighlot. I'm not sure how much you know about that..."
He summoned his gun, and threw it on the floor. It radiated a warm light and heat, which warmed up the cave considerably.

She sat and thought about what he had said for a minute. She had heard Matt talk about some knights that protected him, but she had never met any of them herself. Her face reddened as she realized that the sixth knight had just rescued her, the protectorate of Matt, the Raighlot incarnate. She decided to keep that little fact to herself....for now. In the meantime, she sat down close to the gun, treating it like a fire. She wrapped her arms around her knees and watched the gun as it glowed.
"I...really can't say how thankful I am right now, but...thanks. "
She paused, tracing the line of where she was cut with her finger.
"Is there any way I can help you, in return, I mean?"

Silver moved to the mouth of the cave and looked out, into the sky. He was feeling some sort of presence, and he didn't like it.
"Well, Lass, the only thing I really wish to do now is get you to Matt. I do not know what you are doing here, or why, but your place is by his side. Not underneath ice, freezing to death." He turned around, and smiled slightly. "So, if I may, I would like to escort you to him. Do you have any idea where he is?"

There was something oddly comforting that she saw in Silver's smile.
"Well, I'm not sure right now, but I will be able to detect his presence one we get out of this mountain range."
She got up and walked up to the mouth of the cave, but stopped. She could feel a presence. A dark presence.
"We should probably get out of here, and soon."

Silver nodded, and walked to the mouth of the cave, staring out. "Yes, you should be well rested now. And if not, I'll fly us out. But we're probably too far from the mountains for me to fly us all the way, so we'll have to walk some way. Quickly now, who knows what could find us here."
His gun dissapeared in a flash of golden light, and Silver walked out into the bright white snow, motioning Procella to follow.

A difference between good and evil? He'd never really found himself to meet such a thing. To him every 'good' person that he ever met was like Nee-san and Nee-san was like them. Now of course Revlis had grown up not call himself good, evil, or neutral even though he was born to an 'evil' family. He'd only turned that route because he had forever sworn to protect Atsune, his best friend. She'd been the only one able to put up with his craziness anyway. It only came natural, besides his father once the protector.
"NEE-SAN!" The voice seemed like it would have echoed through out the mountain range. He'd lost track of her and it wasn't like he could fly and search. The demon furrie continued on, his ears pressed back aganist his skull. It wasn't that he was cold but more because he was annoyed with himself. How had he come to the point of losing her... again. The cold didn't bother him much. Maybe it was because his temperature was naturally high than that of a human's so he didn't have much to worry about.
Finally those bi-colored ears twitched to the sound of some unfamiliar voices. He could see two figures not far away from him - curiosity killed the cat dog. Without a single thought, he pranced back over to them, unaware that they served under Raighlot. "Hiness! Have you seen-" he asked when he reached them but his words were cut off when he looked back up at Silver Fox to see how tall he was. Silver made Revie feel like a shrimp. "Oh em gee!!! You're like talla' than a giraffe! What have you been eating?!" He couldn't help but stare.

Silver turned quickly, and raised an eyebrow at the creature now in front of him. "Oh, hello there, lad. Who might you be?"
As he was talking, he summoned his sword and slung it over his shoulder, in a non-chalant move. However, he had no idea what this creature was, or if he was in some was dangerous. Nevertheless, Silver decided to converse normally with him. "You do not want to go through what I did to reach this height, lad. Did you say you were looking for someone all the way out here?"

Oh yea that was right! He didn't introduce himself. How insane of him! He raised a brow at Silver's words though about how he had gotten that tall. "What'd you go through? I'm Revie! I'm looking for Nee-san! She's the- he cut himself off so he didn't give away special information that was just between himself, Atsune, and the guardians. "Hey, hey, hey! Wait a second, who are you?" He eyed Silver carefully then, trying to figure him out some... as if Revie could figure anything out. That would be the day!

Deciding not to go into full detail about how he became a demon in the first place, Silver ignored the first question and answered the second one, with as little information as he could. There was something about this creature that was... unsettling, but Silver couldn't quite put his finger on it. Not to mention the name 'Revie' was in some way familiar, but it didn't ring a large enough bell. "My name is Silver Fox, and this is my...friend, Procella. Are you sure you'd find this 'Nee-san' here in the frozen mountains? Were you traveling with her?"

Becoming a demon... he wasn't sure how someone would go about doing that. Though he'd never had to worry since he was half demon himself, his father (whom he didn't like much anyway) a full demon as well. His head tilted to the side when Silver spoke again, unsure of what to think. He allowed himself to give Procella a quick glance. Maybe saying Nee-san wasn't enough Of course, he was sure that he was the only one to call Atsune this. "Nee-san's real name is Atsune Kenkyusha. We travel every where together," he happily added on. Yes Revie, very clever.
