Because she trained far heavier in Magick than her psychic talent, Kimiko very much relies on her Magick.

She’s only 5’3” with long pale hair cut to the middle of her back that shifts from being a gray color to a diamond blue. Her eyes are brilliant blue and her skin is slightly pale. Even now, Kimiko hosts secrets she is not willing to disclose.
Biography ~
Her mother is An Shiro, her father being unknown. Both, however, are humans that were captured by the Daemon Sojiro Tetsu.
Sojiro liked to collect various oddities. This was not limited to inanimate objects. Those living beings that he collected were often placed under one of his various experiments and most did not live very long, which was a pity, as Sojiro liked to flaunt what he had.
He was walking at night after a failed experiment when he came across a young woman, coaxing water to bend to her will. Fascinated, Sojiro stepped closer and was pleasantly surprised to find out she was a human with mage potential. He kidnapped her shortly after that.
The nineteen-year-old was submitted to various test and experiments as Sojiro tried to tap into the mage power she had. Eventually, he settled with having her learned how to bend all of the elements to her will instead of full blown mastery over them. The reason for this lenient action? The now twenty-two-year-old was with child. This child was the fruit of combining An with a capable male that had powerful magick. Two months after Sojiro had learned of An being pregnant, the father disappeared and was never to be seen again.
The child was not carried full term. She arrived a month earlier than expected and was immediately assaulted with various ailments. Sojiro divided his time taking care of the babe and its mother, who had suffered from the birth and been bedridden. An did recover, but by then the baby was celebrating her first birthday by being submitted to a test.
By the time she was three years old, Kimiko, as she had been named, had shown psychic abilities as well as the potential to use magick. Curious and confident the child's body was strong enough, Sojiro began to encourage her to experiment with her magick and often placed her in stressful situations where her only salvation was calling forth her powers. An, at this point swayed to Sojiro's side, was able to convince the careful child to submit to the experiments the child detested, going as far as rejecting Kimiko for weeks on end until Kimiko passed a test successfully. With such harsh motivations, the child was pressed to do her best and reach beyond her limits, frequently falling ill because of this.
It took two years of Kimiko's body rejecting body for An to split from Sojiro's point of view. She took to teaching her daughter over methods of getting what was needed. Despite An being just as strict and merciless as Sojiro, Kimiko developed a liking to her teaching. Two months after turning nine, Kimiko finally took hold of the magick her body had not violently dismissed.
She was then trained extensively in Ice and Wind Magick, both parents now wanting to boast about her and make her suitable for the cause. For seven years she struggled to meet expectations and this made her mind begin to question whether she was doing the right thing, whether this was the correct path for her. Having known no other children growing up and being surrounded by adults that pushed her to pass limits, she was never certain what was being done was normal.
Kimiko became somewhat dependant on her mother and Sojiro. They were always there and were the only ones to show her, in their own sick way, love. As she grew, Kimiko developed a need to better herself, to be what her parents desired. Perhaps, she reasoned, that would be able to bring them closer together and they would finally view her as something more closer to a daughter than a bejeweled tool. This was strenghtened when she awoke to her sixteenth birthday alone. An and Sojiro had left while she slept and had left only material possessions. From this dark period, her fear and love of being alone was born.
She has since reached eighteen years of age and has stopped physically aging. Sojiro and An have not reached out to her in any way apart from causing her problems when fulfilling her duty. An had joined the Evil side when Kimiko was eleven. In an act of rebellion, Kimiko claimed herself to be neutral. However, she has been known to sway to make decisions that benefit the Evil front, such as letting a Cultist or three live, and it is speculated that this is because of An. Kimiko strives to one day meet up with her parents and meet their expectations. Until then, she comforts herself with the tasks her career gives.

Strengths:
Determination - Once, Kimiko had little of this and often just drifted through life, thinking it was the only thing she could do. Now, however, she has proven to herself that she is able to achieve just about anything she wants so long as she strives for it.
Hiding Emotions - Perhaps this is not a strength that most would think of, but Kimiko has always prided herself on keeping to herself her feelings. She has oft seen the destruction of people based on letting their emotions be known publicly. It is her desire to keep her inner emotions a secret. In her line of work, showing such a blatant weakness would be a failure. Thus, her being able to hide away her emotions, in effect, shutting them away, is a vital strength for her.
Weaknesses:
An Tetsu - As her mother, she will always be a weakness.
Thought - Kimiko has a horrible tendency to fall into herself and contemplate various things. More often than not, she is questioning her choices and her existence.
Solitary - While she might enjoy being by herself and the freedom it gives her, she hates it, fears it. Being alone is cruel to her and always makes her defenses drop.
Recklessness - Once very cautious, Kimiko now experiences bouts of sudden recklessness that may compromise her new position. Although it might be beneficial in some missions, it is an overall weakness that may cause her downfall.

Prowess ~
Taken from the thread titled 'No. Just No' from The Love Hina Generation RPG!. It is only a small piece of it.
"It was beautiful.
Framing the walls...
Splashed delicately over the floor...
Vibrant on the white clothes, the white drapes, the white marble of the kitchen counter...
It filled the air with its taste, infiltrating the cloths to stain, the scent there forevermore.
Little rivers ran from the large pond to create winding roads of sanguine color.
Pale fingers reached down, tracing a pattern as they invaded the natural formation. A soft giggle drifted through the dark room. Outside no moon shone. The beauty of the new moon.
Gentle dripping sounds were barely audible, but the wind knew of its existence and as such, alerted her. The temperature dropped, the ice whispering its doings to her.
Kimiko Tetsu sat on top of the counter, watching as the blood dripped off to the floor. Not too far from her, a body rested, one of a man's. Half of his body was over the side, blood pushing free past the confines of the skin and out through the various openings.
Kimiko tilted her head, watching as the others in her squad tried to clean up. One glared at her after she had drawn a little happy face with the blood from the prey. She ordered him away with a simple mental command. It didn't matter if she left traces. It would not be tied to her. Not after she had been through all those experiments.
She looked again to the blood. It always fascinated her. She knew she could bleed like that. She knew she wasn't protected from being hurt. She knew she was just as capable of dying as this pitiful fool she had killed.
The only difference was that she was just cursed with abilities to maintain death away for a little longer than most people. Her blood had been spilled countless of times before. She had felt pain a thousand times over. But she knew that was nothing compared to the act of dying,
Would it be painful?
Would it be quick?
Would it be frightening?
Would it be lonely?
Would it be dark?
Would it be gentle?
Would it be merciless?
How would she die?
Would she fall to a blade? A bullet? A stray shot of magick? Natural causes? Or would she fall to her beloved parents? Would they be the ones to finally kill her? Would they ask for revenge in the form of her death? Would they kill their weapon?
"...ko? Lady Kimiko!"
"It's Lady Tetsu to you," she murmured, sliding off the counter and smoothing out her white skirt. She stared at the stains, how they were noticeable even in this dark place. Was the blood trying to label her for what she was? Or was the prey trying to call her out even in death? Did he realize what she was going to do next? Was he trying to save his wife by slowing her down? By providing these interesting questions to flow into her mind?
"It's foolish of him to try..."
She walked to the door, using her wind to push it open. Her squad had finished its duty, following behind her, silently, as only her squad could. She smiled a little, banishing the ice from the room. No doubt the police would have a field day with this little case. She communicated with the three other members silently, mentally, and they complied. As they left to their spots, Kimiko walked to the nearby alley, waiting for the wife to arrive. A window had been left open. As soon as she made her way in and locked the door, the little secretary would act and silence the woman's voice for eternity.
Lights came in from the east. Moments later, the car's motor shut off and the woman, carrying bags from expensive brand names, stepped out. She ruffled her hair a little before locking the car and going up to her door, using they key to enter. With a sigh, the woman entered and dropped her bags on the nearest couch. Kimiko watched from the window, hand raised and poised to strike. Just a little more.....
And life ended."
