After the last and the worst World War, the countries are trying to rebuild themselves. There seems to be only one semi-successful country, the United States, and no one knows it. The agency that is rebuilding this once prosperous country is in a secret war of their own. Os is hidden beneath the mask of Beverly Hills Penitentiary, taking in agents from the outside and the criminals in the cells. Telum is a terrorist group that wants the country for themselves; they, in Os's eyes, are purely anarchistic. The civilians know nothing of these two groups, although that won't hold for very long. Slowly, this war is coming up from underground and smacking the people of the world hard in the face.
How will this war end after it comes to light? Os has many supporters behind it, including companies that survived the war, but Telum has the brute strength. Each has an equal chance of winning. Will the world rebuild it's self or fall to pieces?
