Ghostly Flight: It explains itself.
Intangible: Allows him to go through inanimate objects. He cannot go through people, thus, can be injured by the living.
Screams of the Dead: Temporarily immobilizes the enemy.
Thunder-shock: Sends out a super powerful pulse/wave of electricity.
Ride the Lightning: Puts a super powerful lightning field around the caster. This lasts for about 20 seconds. This cannot be used often.
Blackout: A bright, intense flash of light.
Voltage: An electrifying touch.
Reflection ~ His eyes are a vibrant blue. He has pale skin. He is rather lean. He has pale, wispy hair. Because of how he died, there is some scaring on his neck and hands. Sometimes he puts on the black cowl he was forced to wear when he died. This hides his face but reveals his eyes still. While using his electric powers, his eyes roll into the back of his head. Also smoke comes off his body as if he was electrifying.
Psyche ~ Vengeful, Hateful, and downright angry. After his death on the electric chair, his spirit rose to seek vengeance. He hates anyone who doesn’t appreciate the significance of life. He feels some pity on the innocent and has a soft spot for the kind-hearted people.
Biography ~ A wrongly accused man sentenced to death. He was killed in an electric chair, but without a wet sponge on his head. His caused his to suffer 10 agonizing minutes upon the chair until he finally died. But, his strong will for “justice” and his hatred for the ones who killed him brought him back as a spirit. After killing everyone responsible for putting him to death, he continued his acts of justice.
Forgotten ~ He is not very susceptible to melee attacks. Magic is more effective against him than a melee attack. Holy magic is even more effective. Exorcists can weaken him but cannot banish him. Because he has already died, he cannot truly die again.
